ADVERTISEMENT FOR THE TEMPORARY POSITION OF SECRETARY FOR TRANSLATION AND INTERPRETATION
The Mission is seeking a qualified Secretary as per the information below to occupy the above position for a period of three months.
Position Responsibilities:
- Assisting in tourism, commercial and other Embassy's activities.
- Translation of documents
- Interpretation during meetings
- Assist the Mission in all matters related to tourism promotion
- Help in organizing seminars and exhibitions
- Any other duties assigned
Qualifications:-
- Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Japanese
- Advance Degree in tourism or related field
- At least 1 years working experience
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills (proactive work approach, offer ideas and solutions to problem solving situations)
- Computer Literate
- Excellent interpersonal skills
