On 4th February, 2019, Dr. Shigeru KOHNO, President of Nagasaki University called on H.E. Mr. S.K. Maina, M.B.S. They held fruitful discussions which mainly focused on strengthening the continued relationship between Kenya Medical Research Institute (KEMRI) and Nagasaki University. They also reviewed various important activities and projects in Kenya. H.E. expressed his support on the University’s proposed Side-Event on infectious diseases, research and education during TICAD VII in August, 2019.
