The Embassy of the Republic of Kenya congratulates the efforts of Mr. Shadrack Kyengo KAVUTAI for graduating after attending the188th International Training Course on Theories of offender Treatment and Rehabilitation and their Effective Implementation at the United Nations Asia and Far East Institute for the Prevention of Crime and the Treatment of Offenders (UNAFEI) on 18^th September, 2025.

The training was instrumental in rehabilitating the offender population in Kenya thus making them law abiding citizens and forestalling their reoffending rates.

The Embassy was represented by Ms. Jennifer Njuguna, First Counsellor.
