The International Residents Support Center (IRSC) - TOKYO is a support desk established by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government to support foreign nationals and their families navigate daily life in Tokyo. It offers advisory support and accompanies them through administrative procedures, ensuring that they can live in Tokyo with peace of mind.

Types of support services provided in English
1. Advisory service
2. Inquiry support service 
3. Accompaniment service

Eligible support recipients
Foreign nationals residing in Tokyo or planning to reside in Tokyo who are :
・　Entrepreneurs, employees, or researchers
・　Families of the above foreign nationals
*Students (excluding researchers) and individuals undergoing vocational training (including technical intern trainees) are not eligible for these services.
