The Embassy of the Republic of Kenya in Tokyo hosted the Kenya Cultural Forum in collaboration with the International Friendship Exchange Council (FEC), welcoming over 20 participants from the private sector at the Chancery.

Prior to the Forum, Amb. Moi Lemoshira received Mr. Ken Matsuzawa, President of FEC, and conveyed his appreciation for the Council’s continued support. Both parties reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthening cooperation between the Embassy and FEC.

In his opening remarks, Amb. Lemoshira noted the continued expansion of investment opportunities in Kenya and highlighted the strong bilateral relations between Kenya and Japan.

During the Forum, Amb. Arthur Andambi, Deputy Head of Mission outlined opportunities for enhancing Kenya–Japan partnership through cultural engagement and people-to-people exchange. The Forum also provided an opportunity for participants and Embassy staff to exchange views during a networking session.
