It is with profound sadness and sorrow that the Embassy of the Republic of Kenya informs of the demise of H.E. Hon. Emilio Mwai Kibaki, CGH, MP, Third President of the Republic of Kenya that occurred on Friday, 22nd April 2022.

A Book of Condolence will be available for signing at the Embassy of the Republic of Kenya at 3-24-3 Yakumo, Meguro-ku, Tokyo 152-0023 on the following days:

Tuesday, 26th April 2022 11:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Wednesday, 27th April 2022 11:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Thursday, 28th April 2022 11:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
