AMB. MOI LEMOSHIRA ATTENDS GRADUATION CEREMONY OF THE JAPANESE LANGUAGE PROGRAM FOR FOREIGN SERVICE OFFICERS AND PUBLIC OFFICIALS

Ambassador Moi Lemoshira joined H.E. Hon Tomoaki SHIMADA, Parliamentary, Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan (centre with yellow striped tie) during the graduation ceremony of Foreign Service officers and other public officials from 32 countries.

Mr. John Mutiso Masila (left 2nd row) is the 8th officer of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Kenya to participate in the 8 months course held at the Japan Foundation Japanese International Language Centre in Osaka.

Amb. Lemoshira who was the first attendee in 1995 congratulated Mr. Masila for his achievement and impressive valedictorian moment. The Embassy looks forward to support the increasingly number of Kenyan officials and private students joining Japanese learning institutions.
