On 27th February, 2019, Amb. Kenzo Oshima, former United Nations Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Director General of the Africa Society of Japan called on H.E. Amb. S.K. Maina, M.B.S. Discussions focused on collaboration with Kenya’s Foreign Service Academy and preparation for TICAD VII.
