H.E. the Ambassador with Amb. Bishar Hussein, Director General of the Universal Postal Union

Amb. Bishar Hussein, Director General of the Universal Postal Union paid a courtesy call on the Ambassador on 6th September 2019.

The Director General was in Tokyo to attend the Asia-Pacific Postal Union meeting.

The Director General was accompanied by Mr. Mutua Muthusi, Director of the International Bureau of the Universal Postal Union.
