THE MAYOR OF KURUME CITY CALLS ON H.E. THE AMBASSADOR

On 24th January, 2020, HW Mr. Tsutomu Okubo, Mayor of Kurume City called on H.E. Amb. S.K. Maina, MBS at the Mission. Discussions focused on the upcoming Tokyo 2020 Olympics and Paralympics and specifically pre-training and hosting of the Kenyan team in Kurume City. Both H.E. the Ambassador and the Mayor confirmed their commitment towards further collaboration in cultural and educational interactions between Kenya and Kurume City.
