The Embassy of the Republic of Kenya is looking for a Service Provider to manage the Embassy website.

DESIGN: The design should maintain the same layout as the current website, www.kenyarep-jp.com. The website should have a flexible Content Management System to allow for online updates and editing.

TASK DESCRIPTION:

1. To convert the current HTML based website into CMS based website (WordPress).
2. To host the website in the current server.
3. To handle WordPress version upgrades, backups, and irregular page creation requests.
4. Setting up permissions for managing the website e.g. Administrator/editor/ author/ Contributor, etc.
5. Consulting as a Webmaster
6. To train the Embassy staff on how to use WordPress.
7. Able to communicate proficiently in English and Japanese.

THE FOLLOWING SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN THE APPLICATION:

1. Breakdown of costs as per requirements above
2. Annual Maintenance Fee
3. Please quote in Japanese Yen and include all taxes if applicable
