His Excellency Ambassador S.K.Maina, M.B.S. paid a courtesy call on Hon. Masahiko Shibayama, Minister for Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology Japan in his office on Friday 18th January, 2019. Discussions centered on Kenya’s participation at the 2020 Tokyo Olympic and Paralympics, and enhancing Kenya’s Human Resource Capacity in the ever-growing ICT Sector.
